Ole Mathias Rustad
Project Officer
Ole works as a project officer in the EWC youth section. His primary responsibilities encompass the management of the projects "22 July and Democratic Citizenship" and "Youth for the Cities, Cities for Youth". In addition, he organizes the project “Fighting Antisemitism, Xenophobia and Racism Now!” in cooperation with POLIN – Museum of the History of Polish Jews.
Ole holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Oslo and has pursued studies in the Russian language. Passionate about international relations and cooperation, democracy learning and youth engagement, Ole has previously worked as an intern both at the EWC and the Norwegian Delegation to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). He has also worked as a trainer at the democracy workshops held at Utøya.
