Claus Neukirch

Dr. Claus Neukirch is the Director of Programme Co-ordination at the Council of Europe since November 2022. As such he is responsible for managing Council of Europe co-operation activities and co-ordinating the external offices of the Council of Europe tasked to identify and implement projects in the respective countries. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Hamburg.
